Foccacia Slabs
The slabs are made thicker than the bases enabling them to be sliced in the middle to make great toasted foccacia creations of your own.
Our foccacia slabs are available in two varieties; plain and herb. The herb foccacia has marjoram mixed into the dough.
Our foccacias are rectangular in shape (38cm x 25cm) and are frozen.
Ingredients
Flour (Blend of bakers and wholemeal), olive oil, iodised salt, vitamin (thiamine, folate), sugar, yeast water added.
