Foccacia Base (Sauced)

The sauce consists of crushed tomato, herbs and spices. This base is both light and crisp and is made to a traditional Italian recipe.

Our foccacias are rectangular in shape (38cm x 25cm) and are frozen.

Flour (Blend of bakers and wholemeal), olive oil, iodised salt, vitamin (thiamine, folate), sugar, yeast
